VacShack.com Inc. takes your personal information and security seriously. We have gone to great lengths to assure your personal information cannot be viewed by others. When communicating via email, please be sure to contact us either through the web contact form or the same email address you use while placing your order.

Never send us your credit card information via emails. VacShack.com or its employees will never ask you to reveal your credit card information while processing orders or conducting any customer service issues.

Vacshack.com will not sell, loan or otherwise offer our customers' personal information to any other company. We hate that too. We do occasionally send out emails to our customers informing them of shipping and tracking information, or specials and new product lines that we have recently started offering. These emails are kept at a minimum and are never intended to be intrusive.

Placing Orders

If you have placed an order before from Vacshack.com please log-on to your account prior to entering your information. This will fill in your information for you. You will have the opportunity to edit this information if you wish.

If you are placing an order from Vacshack.com for the first time there is no need to set up an account. Your account will automatically be set up for you as you fill in personal information.

If you have a promotion code; please enter it in the area labeled “Coupon Code” then click on the “Apply” button. You will instantly see the discounts if they apply to your order.

If you do not have a promotion code; please do not email us for one. We cannot send these codes to you. They are automatically generated and sent to our customers and cannot be regenerated.

Please be sure to set your email server or editor to accept emails from service@vacshack.com and orders@vacshack.com so you don’t miss important emails from our shipping department.

Vac Shack Orders, Products and Service Overview

Please Note: Vac Shack sells only brand new, high quality products made by large manufacturers. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. For your convenience, please contact us for fast and simple local remedies prior to returning any products.

PLEASE EMAIL us directly at orders@vacshack.com for any questions or problems with your order. We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving the order, for orders placed Monday-Friday. We pride ourselves on getting products to customers quickly, therefore be sure of your order before you place it.

Please take care to verify that you are having your package shipped to a current and legitimate address. We are only able to ship to the address we are given by you at the time of the order. If your package is returned to us by the shipper, you will be issued a partial refund, minus the shipping/handling charges.

For warranty information, please see packaging and warranty documentation included with the product you purchased. If a warranty remedy cannot be made with the manufacturer, please contact us for further assistance. Vac Shack is not responsible for return shipping on any product, defective or otherwise.

Viewing Past Orders

VacShack.com has developed a way for you to view your recent orders and tracking information. If you are a first time shopper at VacShack.com you will be emailed a log-in and password once your first order is complete. (It is required that you enter your email address correctly during your order process to assure you get this email.)

To view past orders click on the “My Account” link at the top of all VacShack.com Pages. Log into your account using the login name and password we have provided you in the email labeled “Welcome to Vacshack.com." The login and passwords are case sensitive so be careful to enter them correctly. You will have the option to change your password to something familiar, once you have logged in the first time. We recommend you do so.

Once logged in you will have several links to choose from.

Edit My Profile: Allows you to view and edit your current email address on file with Vacshack.com and also change your login password.

View Order Status and History:  Lets you view any of your previous orders and tracking information (if available).

Access My Wish List: Allows you to view and purchase items you have previously added to your wish list (Saved Cart).

Manage Address Book:  Offers you the opportunity to edit your personal information, including your bill-to and ship-to addresses. You will also be able to add additional ship-to addresses for future use. Note: This will not change your information on any orders that have already been placed.

Vac Shack Returns & Refunds

Vac Shack will refund purchase price (excluding shipping charges) for any defective products upon receipt of the defective product, within 30 days of original order. Liquid cleaning products may not be returned for any reason and no refunds will be given on these products. Please see instructions below:

Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must be shipped prepaid to the address below and include original packaging, and purchase receipt. A return authorization number is required prior to returning any merchandise. If return authorization has not been obtained, your claim may be denied. Please email service@vacshack.com to apply for a return authorization number. Vac Shack reserves the right to refuse any return, at our discretion.
