Shipping Methods and Charges

We only charge $5.50 per order for shipping on all orders no matter what you order up to $11.99 using the “Best Way Ground” method of shipping.

We only charge $8.50 per order for shipping on all orders no matter what you order from $12.00 to $64.99 All orders of $65.00 or more will ship for free using the “Best Way Ground” method of shipping.

Premium Shipping cost $12.00 more than “Best Way Ground”. All Orders $65.00 or more will be only $12.00 for “Premium Shipping” method of shipping.

Ultra-Fast shipping cost $39.00 for all orders up to $49.99.  All orders $65.00 or more will ship Ultra Fast for $59.00 if you select "Ultra-Fast Shipping" as your shipping method.  Lower 48 states only.


  • “Best Way Ground” We will ship your package(s) in the order received, by USPS First Class, Priority or FedEx Ground. Drop Ship items are shipped at the vendors’ choice.
  • “Premium Shipping” We will put your order at the top of the list and ship it out ASAP either USPS Priority or FedEx Ground.  Drop Ship items are shipped at the vendors’ choice.
  • "Ultra-Fast Shipping" We will process your order the same day (Monday thru Friday) provided it is received by 12:00 noon Central Standard Time and ship the item(s) The fastest method possible that the amount collected will allow. (Drop Ship items are shipped at the vendors' choice.  Lower 48 states only.

Packing Shortages or Shipping Damages

All package shortage claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your package. Inc. will not process any shortage claims after 3 business days of receipt.
To file a damage claim or package shortage claim email us by using our web contact form by following this link. Be sure to include the same email address used to place the order and include your order number. For your security, we cannot respond to email addresses other than the one used when the order was placed.

Missing Packages

All missing package loss claims must be made within 10 days of shipment. Inc. sends out tracking information for every package shipped to the email address you provided to us at the time of your order. Inc. is not responsible for you to receive these emails due to spam and antivirus programs that may filter out certain emails. It is the consumer’s responsibility to be sure that your email service and anti-spam software accepts all email from, Inc. will not entertain claims made that have tracking information showing the package was delivered.

Most small packages are shipped without a signature required for your convenience. Inc. is not responsible for loss of packages due to theft, weather conditions, or any other mishaps that may occur when a package is delivered without your presence. It is the consumer’s responsibility to be sure the package is being delivered to a safe location protected from weather and other elements that may damage the package. Inc. will not be held responsible to what happens to your package or products once it has been delivered to your home or place of employment.

If you are shipping your package to someone other than yourself or your address, be sure to notify the recipient of the shipment. Surprise packages and gifts are not fun for anybody if they get refused misplaced or discarded by the recipient.

Shipping to your Home or Apartment

Most items ordered from Inc are shipped directly to our customers’ homes. We use both USPS and FedEx for shipping packages. Be sure your address is correctly entered on the “Ship to” section of the order form when placing an order. If you live in a gated community or home, be sure your Postman and FedEx drivers have access for a safe place to deliver your package.

If you do not get US Mail delivered to your home, feel free to enter both PO Boxes and Home address in the same ship to address section of the order form. Our shipping department will automatically select the PO Box address if we are sending it US Mail.

Shipping to a Business

Shipping items you purchased to your business or place of employment can be convenient or an absolute nightmare. Follow the guidelines below to assure your package arrives and gets into your hands without incident.

  • Please be sure to enter the business name and recipient name in the “ship to” address lines when placing the order, to assure proper delivery.
  • If you have several or more employees at your place of employment, be sure to alert other employees that your package is coming especially whoever receives the USPS Mail.
  • Don’t forget to get permission to have packages sent to your place of employment. Many companies do not allow personal packages to be delivered to their employees.

We ship our packages via USPS Mail and FedEx so packages can get lost after delivery to large companies. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please ask your co-workers to find out who accepted the package and to retrieve it from them. Inc is only responsible to get your items delivered to the address provided to us. Following the above guidelines will not guarantee, but certainly help you get your package delivered without incident.

Refused or undeliverable packages will be refunded with shipping charges and restocking fees charged.

All products damaged in transit must be returned to Inc. prior to resolving the claim. All packages and items damaged in transit will be replaced, repaired or refunded at Inc’s sole discretion.
